Welcome to Laughter Yoga Dance – Bollywood style aerobic dancing and laughing.
A fitness program, which combines aerobic dancing, laughter exercises and breathing exercises, which will make you feel fresh and energized.
The dancing steps are taken from Bollywood films. They are very simple and anybody can do it.
Lead by Certified Laughter Yoga instructorÂ
- Laughter exercises will increase your breathing capacity and stamina, which will bring more oxygen to your body and brain as compared to other aerobic exercises
- Laughter Yoga dance is a powerful stress buster exercise, which can help reduce physical, mental and emotional stress, all at the same time
