Hive Expansion Combinations
For a honey production or pollination, you have the following options.
Option 1 - Unassembled | Honey Production
10 frame Super Kit + Queen Excluder (Optional)
You may want to purchase 2 honey super hive body kits for every hive you run to help prevent swarming. The bees can fill the second honey super while you wait for them to dry and cap the first honey super.
You only need one queen excluder. Metal ones tend to last longer in Florida. Plastic ones are fine for areas where the bee season is not all year and the sun not as intense.

For pollination, double deep boxes are the norm or if you have been in areas where it's cold (frost & snow) in the winter
